In case the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Hassle Free 30 days Easy Returns policy promise has got you covered.

Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange (only for Apparel) or Refund, backed by the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee.

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Returns Procedure

Follow some easy steps for easy returns:

  • Contact our customer care and provide your order ID details.
  • Customer Support will confirm the return request.
  • Please ensure first that your product has attached all price tags, labels etc. and it will be in its original packing and invoice along with the product.
  • Please also ensure that the product is unused and in original condition.
  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies cannot be returned for obvious reasons.

 

SOME IMPORTANT NOTES

In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you excluding shipping and gift charges are transferred to your account

You have to ensure before the return that the product has attached and Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice. Pack the item very safely to ensure the product against damage in transit.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

Along with the invoice please mention the return ID on the packaging slip so that we can acknowledge your return.

 

As soon as the vendor receives your order Refund/replacement will be processed.

Once your replacement request ID is created we send you a confirmation E-mail.

If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

If there is any gift along with your product at the time of purchase same will be returned along with the originally delivered product.

We allow exchange only on Apparel. You can exchange an item for the same product in the size/color of your choice.

If you want to cancel your order please call us to cancel your order request and we will do the needful. In case the order is already dispatched, you can reject the order when it is delivered to you.

If you change your mind and want to cancel your return/exchange please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement item when it is delivered to you. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

 

If you want to return a part of your order you can return partially order along with the original invoice.

While our return policy is simple and clear but there are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

- When the return request is made outside the specified time frame

- Where the product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you

   received it

- In some specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies

- Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories

- your exchange order value should be equal to or more than the return item/s value.

- In case you want to exchange item/product Please Make Sure that your address will be same as

   you order first order.

Certain innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes, fashion accessories, hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. The list of items where returns or exchanges is not supported includes:

  1. Briefs, Shape wear bottoms or any lingerie set that includes a brief.
  2. Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Earrings, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings.
  3. Mittens, Socks and Wrist-Bands.

If the picked up product does not pass the quality check we shall return it back to you.
