Vendor Agreement

 

 

We at Trndzzone.com give Customer Satisfaction the highest priority, and expect our merchants to support us in delighting our users and merchant’s buyers. Whilst selling on Trendzzone.com, merchants are expected to deliver prompt and efficient service to ensure the customer’s experience shopping on Trendzzone.com is a delightful one. Here are the expectations from our merchants:

 

Order Fulfillment (OF)

·    Merchants have to provide the items ordered by the buyers of the merchants on Trendzzone.com (i.e. Trendzzone’s users) within the stipulated timeline failing which the order will be cancelled and the amount paid by the buyer will be refunded back to him/her.

·    When an order gets cancelled due to non-fulfillment, Trendzzone will be entitled to and shall retain its commission / service fee for the various services provided by Trendzzone to facilitate such cancelled and abandoned order and such Commission / service fees will be adjusted against subsequent merchant remittances or independently claimed from the merchant.

·    Order cancellations are recorded in the merchant’s account and a high cancellation rate may result in disciplinary actions on the merchant’s listings or account including cancellation of the account.

·    Further, merchant shall be liable to indemnify Trendzzone and Indemnified Parties (as defined in the E-Commerce Services Agreement) in accordance with the E-Commerce Services Agreement for any order cancellation.

 

Timely Shipments (TS)

·    Merchants must ship all orders received to the Trendzzone hub within the stipulated time period. Time is of the essence for this stipulation.

·    Any failure to adhere to these shipment timelines will be considered non-performance, and consistent non-performance may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of selling privileges. Further, Trendzzone shall still be entitled to the commission / services fee in accordance with the terms under “Order Fulfillment” as stated above.

 

Item Quality (IQ)

·    In addition to the covenants and warranties provided by the merchants in the E-Commerce Services Agreement, merchants should ensure that the items sold to customers are of high quality and in good working condition.

·    Buyers occasionally provide feedback to our Customer Support Team on the quality of the items received by them. These result in refunds being processed and the same are recorded on the merchant performance dashboard.

·    Any refunds resulting out of customer complaints will be adjusted against subsequent merchant remittances or independently claimed from the merchant. Any order subsequently leading to a refund shall still entitle Trendzzone to earn its commission / service fee from the merchant in accordance with the terms under “Order Fulfillment” as stated above.

·    Continued complaints with regards to the same item/type of item may result in discontinuation of the listing of that particular item/type of item on the website and action on the merchant account.

Damaged Item Received (DIR)

  • Merchants should ensure that the items sold to customers are of high quality and in good working condition
  • Buyers on Trendzzone provide feedback to our Customer Support Team on the quality of the items received by them including if the item was received by them in a non-functioning condition. These result in refunds being processed and the same are recorded on the merchant performance dashboard. Continued complaints with regards to the same item/type of item may result in discontinuation of the listing of that particular item/type of item on the website and acting on the merchant account.
  • Any refunds resulting out of customer complaints will be adjusted against subsequent merchant remittances or independently claimed from the merchant. Any order subsequently leading to a refund shall still entitle Trendzzone to earn its commission / service fee from the merchant in accordance with the terms under “Order Fulfillment” as stated above.


Merchant Remittance

·    Merchant understands that the payment for the Sales done will be remitted with in T+15 days, wherein:

o    T for Online transactions = When the item gets shipped by the Service-Provider

o    T for Cash on Delivery transactions = When the item gets delivered to the customer

·    The remittances will be processed twice a week, i.e. on every Monday and Thursday. On account of it being a Bank Holiday or any public holiday observed by Trendzzone on a Monday or Thursday, the remittance will be processed on the next working day.

·    Off set: The remittance will be processed after applying / off setting all adjustments due on the Merchant’s account.


Know Your Customer (KYC) Mandate

On reaching a lifetime business of Rs.25000 (sale value) or tenure of 3 months on Trendzzone (whichever is earlier), the merchants will need to complete the KYC procedure. The KYC process is a verification of Identity and the Bank account provided to Trendzzone for receiving remittances. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the subsequent remittances being put on hold until the required documents are submitted and validated.

o Bank account / Credit Card statement

The documents submitted should validate the details provided on your Trendzzone Merchant Dashboard.


Customer Returns and Refunds

·    All items that are not delivered successfully and are returned back to Trendzzone/Merchant, will be accepted back by the Merchant, and the amount paid to the Merchant for the same will be adjusted from his/her subsequent remittance.

·    Order for items if cancelled before it is shipped out, will be returned back to the Merchant, and the amount (if any) paid out for the same will be adjusted from the subsequent remittance.

·    Buyers are occasionally refunded their order amount by Trendzzone due to Item Quality Issues, dead on arrival items, Non-Delivery of Items or Incomplete/Incorrect Items being received by buyers.

·    In case the refunds are for items less than Rs.400 (Rupees Four Hundred Only), Trendzzone currently does not require the items to be returned by the buyers in case of quality issues or incorrect items being received. Any refunds resulting out of customer complaints will be adjusted against subsequent merchant remittances or independently claimed from the merchant. However, this does not prevent merchant to independently pursue a claim of return from the buyer.

·    For items of value more than Rs.400 (Rupees Four Hundred Only), Trendzzone requests the buyers to return the items to the Trendzzone hub. All such items that are returned to the hub will be subsequently returned to the merchant and the amount adjusted in subsequent merchant remittances. Trendzzone does not guarantee the return of the items and Trendzzone disclaims all responsibilities and liabilities for any non-return of the items by the buyer.
